EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP, CRM, DMS, and payment gateways.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:
- CRM Coordinator: updates and maintains training material, coordinates new account assignments, and conducts training for new users.
- Customer Survey Feedback Coordinator: facilitates customer selection process, and coordinates follow up activities when required.
- Support Marketing Manager with promotional materials, publications, and other communications.
- Manages internal online store for Safety PPE and Promotional items
- Event planning: Customer Seminars, Annual Strategic Alignment Meeting, and Internal Training events.
- Manages our Training LMS Platform, includes uploading content, issuing quotes, and processing orders.
- Maintains the Key Account Management & Pulp Service NA intranet sites.
- Supports Project Managers and Project Controllers with order execution in the Pulp Business Area.
- Other administrative support for the Pulp & Paper Business Area as needed.
